We are a freight forwarding /nationwide courier business. We offer a personal pick up delivery service for larger items , alongside a economy service for smaller items which can be sent via next day carriers at discount rates.
DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE
This is designed for larger bulky or fragile items that need personal care in transport. They are picked up on our regular runs for our main customer. This service is more expensive but does mean they stay on the same van from collection to delivery individually looked after. Insurance is only valid when the goods are packed properly for transport. We will transport unpacked items but this is done entirely at the owners risk.
THE ECONOMY SERVICE
This service is for items under 30kg of a none fragile nature for which we use national carriers at a reduced price due to volume.
Payments are by bank transfer on upon acceptance. We then send you a label by email with a day of collection delivery is then normally between 1-2 working days in the uk, 3-4 europe. All goods for this service will need to be packed prior to pick up.
Please note we do not with this service offer a door to door service it is a bulk discounted courier service
Insurance for the economy service is for a maximum value of £50. Full value insurance is available for the cost of £7.50 and should be requested on order.
The bid will state which service is being offered. If you prefer the other option please advise and we will re quote
The quotes are based on the size and weight stated by yourself. If on collection it differs we reserve the right to amend our price.
Storage is available if required, but is chargeable in addition to the price for the job.
Most jobs are delivered within 10 working days. European jobs are completed once per month, storage on these jobs is free.
If you have any specific times you require pick up and delivery. Please ask before accepting our quote as they are based on you being flexible around our runs unless specific timings are requested.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified = 20 - 70 successful jobs
- Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Great guys, very friendly and helpful. Helped us move a small amount of furniture from up North, all the way down South. Was brilliant with organising times for pick-up and collection, and the communication was excellent. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough, and the price was cheaper than one-way van hire - who can argue with that? |
