We have lived in France permanently since 2003. We have two bases, Nice and the Charente which also have storage facilities.
We operate a luton 20m3, 3.5 ton custom built furniture removal van with all straps and blankets just 20cms off the ground at the back for easy step in loading, ideal for pianos, motorbikes and very heavy items.
We Specialise in house moves and full van removals to keep costs low. Taking great care of your possessions at all times as if they were our own. Antique delivery from UK to France available. We specialise in relocation, villa and apartment moves to and from the South of France and Monaco and removals within France.
We are not couriers and are therefore not competitive to take 2 or 3 boxes for delivery, we are a professional removal company.
As we are based in France we can accept payment in Euros or Sterling.
We use a custom made furniture van only 20cms from the ground at the loading door, ideal for moving pianos / motorbikes / spa baths etc..
We use a Peugeot Boxer DIESEL 3.5 Tonne, allowing us into Monaco and French town centres and villages. This is the maximum weight restriction. We can also make collection and deliveries at the weekend as we do not have the restriction that larger trucks and lorrys do. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

We are a small family run business who you deal with directly on collection, storage if necessary and delivery. We at all times have possession of your furniture and worldly goods!

We had some furniture and boxes transported a few weeks ago from the UK to the Lot in France. Considering the distance, the process was all very smooth and Tony was professional, friendly and has a lot of experience with removals. The furniture arrived at destination fine, even with tricky entrance to the house. Highly recommend and intend to get quote from company again for another shipment very soon. |

Very nice people and keep in touch at all time. Only down side when arriving at our place it was only 1 person so my husband and I had to help to empty the lorry. Was OK to do so but it would have been nice to be warn that he would be by himself. If i was at work and my husband was on his own and that he was restricted with time then it is too much for one person. Although I did say that my husband would be home when he arrived that doesn't mean he is capable of helping to help out. That is purely feedback as it did mention 2 man's job on the site and when I spoke to Tony. Otherwise good service and will use them again and recommend them. Possibly lack of communication on delivery but that is a lesson learnt. |

Tony and Sarah did a fantastic job for us. We moved our 4 bedroom house from Surrey to the Aquitaine region of France and Riviera were absolutely reliable both times. Nothing broke, no damages, just a very reliable service. Loaded the van as expected (Tony is very professional) and unloaded as arranged. We can warmly recommend their services. Thank you Riviera. On the other side, I found AnyVan's services were less then acceptable and too expansive for what they offer the public. They were not able to consult or advise on size or space needed for the move nor where they prepared to come out to Surrey to advise. I did ask for support and was told by a very young female, we cannot. The AnyVan system, which in reality does not offer much more then a simple messaging system, is in my opinion, no up to the job when a house or even a flat needs moving. In deed, it is a great system to move one or two boxes from one side of London to any other place in the UK - as long as the sender knows the exact sizes and knows how to pack the goods safely. Good go Tony and good luck for the future. |

We had booked the 20m3 van rather than specific furniture with the understanding that when it was full that was it - they were great at loading the van carefully and to the maximum, getting more than we had thought possible onboard. They were also very helpful and cheerful and we happily recommend them. |

Tony picked up a van load of our possessions, including many boxes of books, workshop tools, bicycles and furniture exactly as agreed from Andover. With some expert packing from Tony it all fitted in. A week later as agreed and some 800 miles further south, Tony delivered our precious goods to our house in Tournon D'Agenais in south west France. Tony provided a very friendly, helpful service and if I have need of further deliveries to Tournon I will certainly ask Tony if he can take it on. |
