* All our quotes are based on ground to ground floor delivery services, unless otherwise stated on the job description.
* We charge extra for dismantling and reassembly, as well as, packaging services.
* All Payments must be completed on or before arrival (PayPal or bank transfer) . In some cases up to 50% of the payment may be requested before delivery!
* Where convenient, jobs may be subcontracted to a 3rd party (this allows us to have a backup plan and be more flexible with jobs at specific locations).
* A job may be cancelled if there is no confirmation via the Anyvan messenger for specific time slot required by the customer.
* Parking place should be provided by the client. Congestion charges apply. All additional items or labour will be charged according our rates. Please, leave a correct description of the job and feedback.
Here at AnyVan, we recognise the importance of finding a reliable company hence the reason for the Certified Badge found on their profile page.
The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
