Collections and deliveries between 7.30am & 9.30pm,
Flexibility will be expected from all Sellers and Buyers to enable me to complete my bookings I will not accept preferred dates and time slots unless it has been discussed and agreed before quote placement
PAYMENT
Jobs with £50 or under due after site deposit need full payment after booking,
Jobs with between £51-£100 due after site deposit need 50% of payment after booking
Jobs with £200 or over due after site deposit need 25% of payment after booking
All bank transfers and non refundable if booking is Canceled by YOU
Postcode changes are not permitted after quote acceptance without my consent and Will have a fee of £20 added Plus one pound per mile added, to trip,

while waiting for us to deliver or collect.
If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £20 per 30 minutes will be charged,
Sometimes things go wrong, traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness which may result in me not getting to you at the arranged time, whilst I will keep you fully informed I may due to time restraints have to reschedule your job.
Please note if you require a 2 man service then request a 2 man service,
It is YOUR responsibility to check that any item YOU bought will fit into YOUR home or place of work, because for dismantling and assembling extra charges will apply
YOU Must have completed ALL details on your job listing, including Contact Telephone Numbers & FULL Postal address for BOTH collection and delivery address.
Collection & delivery at ground floor level only. If the item is very heavy I may require loading & unloading assistance from the Seller & Buyer
Acceptance of this quote also means acceptance of the basic terms and conditions detailed above.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
