* Service from Monday to Sunday our offer includes one or two men to help load / unload or do all the work.
Important - Terms and conditions
*Please before accepting our offer, be sure to book a date and time, one or two men or if we are still available to carry out the job.
*Parking, Congestion Charge and Tolls are not included (Unless otherwise stated)
*You may incur additional charges if the driver has to go into areas or urban tolls or pay toll, if the driver has to pay for parking while loading / unloading or waiting.
*Is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability or have permission for parking, if our van receive a penalty charge is customer's responsibility to reimburse the driver when payment is made
*Any jobs that are cancelled/postponed within 48 hours of the date of the job will not incur a charge. However, if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the job taking place, a charge of £100.00 would be applied.
*You may incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were included in your quote. A couple of boxes more would not normally cause a problem, however if you have under-estimated your items by more than this the driver will add an extra charge depending on the amount of items and time taken to load them. We also reserve the right to limit the amount of goods to the amount quoted in the booking.
*We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

I would recommend NOT using this company. I was notified the day before my move that they weren't working so won't be able to do it, despite having booked it in more than a month before. This was despite my checking on two occasions after making the booking. Luckily my landlord was able to let me move in that evening, however the company were three hours late and my items were handled in a very unprofessional manner - my chest of drawers were chipped and then dropped onto my new landlord's bed frame, my mattress was dirtied and damaged with splinters, the glass in a frame was broken. Each time they damaged something they said it's fine. |

Driver/Collector did not complete the shipment as the wardrobe was broken into pieces by them and we asked them to leave. It was then dumped by us as they had destroyed while attempting to dismantle. |
