We are a family owned business providing a friendly and professional service throughout the UK and beyond. So if you’re looking to move just down the road or even into Europe we are the removal company for you. We are also available for office relocation's.
We are fully insured and equipped to provide clients with a bespoke and personal service tailored to our customers individual requirements. All of our well maintained vehicles are serviced regularly to ensure consistent reliability when transporting your home contents and furnishings. We take the greatest care with your possessions, all our vehicles are equipped with removal blankets and security webbing to ensure trouble free transit.
Our terms and conditions:
My bid is assuming your inventory/description is at least 95% accurate. Any additional items may incur an additional charge. It is your responsibility to arrange suitable parking outside the property for a 3.5 tonne Luton van. If we can't park within 20 meters of the property an additional charge might occur. My bid includes placing all items in a room of your choice including the 1st floor. Any additional floors not made aware to us will incur an additional charge. My bid doesn't include dismantling or assembling furniture unless agreed to in writing. All furniture if needed must be dismantled prior to our arrival. My bid doesn't include disconnecting and connecting any appliances. My bid doesn't include packing or unpacking boxes unless agreed to in writing. For removal jobs all boxes must be packed and sealed prior to our arrival unless you have requested us to pack for you. Anything inside the London congestion zone will have to be charged for.

All removal jobs require payment in advance of the removal.
Charges if you postpone or cancel the removal
1. If you postpone or cancel this Agreement, we will charge you according to how much notice is given. “Working days” refer to the normal working week of Monday to Friday and excludes weekends and Public Holidays.
1.1. More than 10 working days before the removal was due to start: No charge.
1.2 Between 5 and 10 working days inclusive before the removal was due to start: not more than 30% of the removal charge.
1.3 Less than 5 working days before the removal was due to start: not more than 60% of the removal charge.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Superb service. Everything was wrapped securely and professionally by the chaps the day before the move, and the actual move was very straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble - even moving heavy furniture from one room to another after I changed my mind about the location of some items in the new property!
