Hi there,
We have been doing removals and courier work for the last 7 years. We specialise in office/business moves and house moves. Blankets and straps will be used to secure your items while in transit. Our aim is to provide you with the highest standard quality of service.
It is extremely important that you read the conditions below before accepting the bid; as they are binding once a bid has been accepted.
Our bid purely relies on the information/inventory list you have placed on your AD.
Our bid includes 1 man and van service unless you have requested for two or more men in your ad. Declaring all the additional items to us before accepting the bid will NOT incur an additional charge, however, Depending on it's volume, we might have to place a new bid. You will be advised if this is the case. Not declaring additional items WILL incur an additional charge depending on its volume at the time of the move. If there is stairs/lifts involved in your move, not mentioned in ad, an additional charge will be applied according to the floors/flights of stairs.
Upon acceptance of our bid, you will be required to pay remaining balance via bank transfer or over the phone. You will be notified as soon as.
If the job is cancelled within 48H of the move taking place, 50% of the quote will be charged. If the job gets cancelled once the driver is at the collection point, Full payment will be charged. The maximum waiting time we will wait before loading/unloading at each end is 15 mins. Thereafter waiting charge will apply at £15 every half an hour.
Please keep your items ready to load, as items not ready to load,Long corridors And hallways over 20M/narrow corners/not enough space to move items will incur an additional charge.
Goods in transit insurance only covers items that are securely packed for transit. If you have any loose/small items from furniture's like screws/bolts and other small parts of furniture/white goods, please remove them and place them in a separate bag, the driver will be not be responsible for small/tiny missing pieces during transit.
Due to the amount of bids placed on Anyvan, it is strongly advised to confirm times/dates with us before accepting the bid. Bids accepted without confirming collection/delivery times will be treated as flexible.
