In answer to last neutral feedback. In my defence (as mentioned in above main statement).
Sometimes I am late I cannot help that if an accident happens on an A road or M road to a collection or delivery Point I cannot be held liable to time.
As much as I promise an estimated time of delivery I cannot foretell road closures or major accidents.
