We are a professional removal company based in Solihull in the West Midlands and we operate Nationwide. We have a large luton van with a tail lift, straps and blankets and are fully insured to move your belongings.
We have a committed team who guarantee you a friendly, reliable, professional and efficient service.
If it needs removing, collecting or delivering we can do it.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. If you have more items than stated on your listing then extra charges may be incurred. (1-10 extra boxes or few small items is not a problem)
2. It is your responsibility to check that any item you bought will fit into your home or place of work, because for dismantling and assembling service, extra charges will apply
3. Please always message us before accepting our bid to ensure we are still available for the job.
4. If we have to wait more than 1 hour at either collection or delivery address, waiting charge of £20 per hour will be applied.
5. Payment must be made in cash or bank transfer upon delivery. We can not leave without payment made.
6. If you do not provide us with a list of your belongings then our bid will be placed based on one full load.
7. We are not providing packing service or boxes (unless otherwise discussed and confirmed).
8. We are not taking any passengers with us (unless otherwise discussed and confirmed).
9. We are moving pianos only upright type from ground floor to ground floor.

Discussed the job with Sam after booking, a week before the job. We agreed that he would arrive at 9.30am to deal with my house removal. 9.30 rolls around on moving day and no van... tried calling multiple times to no avail. AnyVan customer services called and emailed but also had no response so they had to sort us out emergency cover, meaning that we didn't get started until 1pm. Not only was this extremely disruptive for my husband and I but also for our 9 month old daughter. The appalling lack of customer service from Sam made an already stressful day so much worse. I would never recommend to anyone. |

What can I say' These boys put a shift in and know you have things you forget about when getting a quote' no problem to them and no extra charges, If you live in Birmingham area this is the company you should use to do a house move. They do long distance as well. Can't rate them high enough. Thanks boys' still amazed you got that heavy bed upstairs. |

If your looking for a service that- Arrived bang on time. Polite, articulate, pleasant guys...carried all stuff over the road to the van.. not a bother! Dimanteled wardrobes and headboards, carried over-filled bags and more boxes than we listed until the van couldn't leagslly take any more- then look no further because Sam and co are that service. 5 star all with a smile and friendly banter. Excellence from start to finish. Will use again.. and again .. and again! |
