We are a small family run business based in Gloucestershire. Although new to AnyVan we have many years of experience in the Transport Industry. We run a small fleet of LWB Mercedes Sprinter Vans, fully equipped with Sat Nav, + Blankets and straps to keep your belongings safe and secure whilst in our care.

No job will be booked in until YOU have completed ALL details on your job listing, including Contact Telephone Numbers & FULL Postal address for BOTH collection and delivery address.
All Jobs Are Based On Ground Floor To Ground Floor Unless Otherwise Stated
We reserve the right to cancel ANY job at ANY time if any of our staff, office or driving are subject to or threatened with offensive or abusive behaviour either, physically or verbally
If you have more items than stated on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
Please allow AT LEAST a 1 Hour window for your delivery/collection as traffic delays and vehicle problems cannot be foreseen.
Please note we are a transport firm not Furniture experts. We do not take note of the condition of the item YOU have purchased, we are only transporting it, hence although we take the greatest of care with your item we do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the condition of it on arrival.
Please note we are not responsible or liable in any way for loss of income/time off work whatsoever you may have incurred
while waiting for us to deliver or collect.
If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £20 per 30 minutes will be charged,
Sometimes things go wrong, traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness which may result in us not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day, whilst we will endeavour to keep you fully informed we may due to time restraints have to reschedule your job.
Please note if you require a 2 man service then request a 2 man service,
It is YOUR responsibility to check that any item YOU bought will fit into YOUR home or place of work.
Please note we run LWB Sprinters not TARDIS' so WE are subject to TIME AND SPACE
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Very poor communication. Did not keep myself or pick up person updated. Delayed pick up and delivery despite date agreements. Subcontracted to third party. Mirror within cabinet broken upon arrival. Would have been avoided if less people involved. Would not recommend and would not use again |

The service I booked was to arrive between 12 and 2 and turned up at 4. They called at 10 to say would be there at 1 because had a blow out in London and could t use spare wheel. Funny how the tyres were all old when the van turned up at 4! When I asked if they could adjust the cost as my husband had to wait in all day they said 'it's not about who said what, we've done the job now'. Avoid at all costs, they were doing too many jobs and it made them late. Could have done it cheaper and easier ourselves but I wanted to take the stress out of moving, not cause more! |

We were badly let down by this firm, as they did not show up on the arranged day. Tried numerous times to contact them but it either went to divert or was switched off. To make the situation worse,we had exchanged emails the week previously just to confirm the move, which was positive. |

Punctual, helpful, cheerful and friendly. Did the job really well. My only comment would be that because the boxes had to be stacked quite high in the van, a bit of strapping was really needed to stop everything from sliding down. Nothing was damaged however. |

I booked a 3pm appointment to move a sofa and I Hadn't heard anything by 3:10. When I finally got hold of them, they informed me that they were running at least 3 hours behind!!! There was no effort to inform me of this before. I couldn't believe it! A total waste of an afternoon. Luckily I got someone else to do the job at the last minute. Totally unprofessional. |

The company has already took the deposit on the date of booking. However, no one turned up on the day and when I called the driver, he ignored my calls at the begining and then he turned off his phone. Finally, after we waited for a whole day we booked another van. We finished moving at midnight due to the incompetent service of this company. Absolute pathetic service from this company. |
