Who we are?
I've started light haulage couple years ago with one van and driver to do just local collections and deliveries on a part time bases due to my involvement in other businesses. Just over a month, after carefull consideration decision was made to go National and undertake most of the light haulage jobs.
What service we offer?
We offer removals, vehicle transportation, single item to van and man service, 24/7 365 days collection and delivery service on request, storage, dismantling items required removal and much more.
What service you will get after accepting our bid on your task?
Basic bid will include one man with van, collect and deliver goods from/to requested addresses, ground floor to ground floor move. After accepting our bid contact will be made with both parties to arrange everything. Collection will be made on agreed day unless re arranged with mutual agreement prior. Item will be unloaded to our secure warehouse and handled with care before it will go for delivery which we aim to do within 7 working days. We will inform about day and time frame for delivery 1 day in advance. Please remember that if the item bulky or heavy help will be required on both ends. Our deliveries done between 6am and 11pm so please be aware that you will need to let us know if you won't be able to accommodate our driver.
What extra service we offer?
We will be pleased to offer you extra service if such required to make sure each delivery/collection will go smooth and everybody will be happy at the end. Service such as second person in van for collection and delivery heavy and bulky items, extra secure wrapping in bubble wrap, late and weekends delivery and etc. All above has to be discussed prior and extra charge will be applied to your invoice.
Ways to pay?
We only accept cash on delivery but payment by bank transfer can be arranged prior delivery take place and has to be received in advance. Unfortunately we are not in the position to give credit on our service, so please don't ask.
