we are based on the east coast of county durham, and we only bid on work we can do

our payment terms for insurance reasons must be cleared funds into our bank account so it could be shown on our statement if there is a claim. the insurance wont be valid otherwise and as we do it this way, it lowers our insurance premiums and the savings are passed onto our customers it also helps for the tax man too. we can take cash on delivery on local small jobs of less than £60 and a distance less than 15 miles from collection to delivery.
payment by cheque will incur a charge 5% of the total amount. we prefer bank transfer. its easier and secure and please use your name as a reference when transferring funds it is more secure too
