We have over 5 years experience in the transport and delivery sector.
IMPORTANT :
We are based in Fleet,Hampshire, UK but offer services nationwide.
Please be clear about any restriction on delivery or pick up times in your description or communication before accepting.
We provide one driver with the vehicle, if jobs requiring more than one driver should be requested in your AnyVan job description or in email correspondence.
If there are floors,stairs involved and not mentioned,extra charge will be occur.
Times slots of 2 hours are agreed at least 24 hours in advance and after confirmation customers should ensure they are available at this time. Driver waiting times are chargeable at £15 per hour.
We accept payment by cash on pick up or delivery or bank transfer at least 24 h advance of delivery.
We reserve our right to refuse jobs accepted without prior check of our availability.
Dismantling and reassembling service is at extra charge , unless it was negotiated before job acceptance.
We reserve the right to take other jobs on board unless the initial job is a Exclusive One and the customer booked us only for his job. Which means a straight delivery and a bigger price for the job.
If there was no negotiation on a time slot for collection/delivery then we reserve the right to choose one.
Please, bear in mind that we or any of our drivers aren't responsible for any damages on your goods when they are not inside in our van or your goods are not packed well for transportation.

By accepting our quote you agree with our terms and conditions stated above.
Canceling job less than 24h before,because of customer fault ( not state that is two men job or other not mentioned in the job request )will cost the full amount payable with bank transfer in next 2 (two) working days.
