Our services entail: Removals, Deliveries, Courier, etc. We work domectically and in Europe. We strive to maintain affordable prices for the highest quality service. Our bid is placed on your anyvan description so please do let us know if you have extra volume or weight to consider and we will re-quote you with our most competitive price. We can provide a variety of vans (luton, tail-lift, panel etc.) tailored to the Customer's needs.
We require a full invetory list with the estimated value and total weight.
As full load is maximum 1200 kilos and 24 cubic metres.
Half load 600 kilos and 12 cubic metres.
1/4 load 300 kilos and 6 cubic meters.
The quote you are presented with includes all the charges (tax/workforce/fuel/ferries if applicable).
We are extremely flexible on the pickup and delivery dates. Contact us before accepting the quote to confirm our availability and items details.
PLEASE: Pack your goods properly, as insurance covers only items which are rightfully prepared for the transport. Liability for damage as a result of poor packaging cannot be taken.
Any damage claims that may arise after signing off the delivery note will not be taken into consideration. Therefore, you must inspect your goods upon arrival.
What is more, we require a full invetory list with the estimated value.
Our customers are also asked to provide parking space for the pick up and delivery.
Any fees or charges our van may be subject to due to parking permissions are to be covered by the customer.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:

Very disappointed with the service. We changed our estimate as we left some furniture behind and consequently was told we would need one van not two. In the event the driver took only half of our furniture, said the load was too heavy even though his van was only half full. Had to hire another company on the day to take the rest of the furniture, very stressful experience. Driver and second person spoke no English which made it difficult and only one person was able to help with loading. Didn't take the cheapest quote but would definitely get more information before trusting the reviews. |

Although the driver/transporters spoke little English both were very helpful, correct, professional and I felt safe and reassured. (I was doing this move alone, and as a woman Have had a few bad experiences). They were on time, respectful and efficient. Dorota was very reactive on the phone and a good calm reassuring person to deal with during this stressful time. |

Wir hatten zwar die Kapazität eines 3,5 Tonners angefragt und bekamen die Kapazität von weniger als 2x 1200 kg Zuladung. Es hat aber dennoch alles geklappt, da man sehr bemüht war, die Dinge zu regeln. Pünktlich gekommen, sehr strukturiert gearbeitet. Besonders der jüngere Fahrer war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem positiv. |

Very good service, excellent communication from them and both the office and the drivers were extremely friendly. There were some issues with ferries which meant that there were delays, but not their fault, and they did everything to make sure our plans were disrupted as little as possible, and kept us posted all the way with updates on our situtation. Great flexibility as well with the size and number of items we were shipping. We would definitely recommend Tm24! |
