IMPORTANT:We reserve the right to cancel jobs accepted without prior check of our availability. Please ensure that we are still available before accepting our bid.
QUOTES
We may refuse the service or make additional charges if circumstances are found to apply which have not been taken into account when preparing our quotation and confirmed by us in writing. These include:
Parking for vans to load/unload within 10 metres of the doorway. (Any fee for car park will be payable by customer)
Inventory list is different/exceed the one provided before accepting bid ( we can take extra items for EXTRA cost).
We have to collect or deliver goods above the ground floor.
Any delays from customer side (e.g. waiting keys, cleaning, withdraw money, etc) - £30/h.
WORK NOT INCLUDED IN QUOTE
Unless agreed by us in writing, we will not:
Dismantle or assemble unit or system furniture, fitments or fittings.
Disconnect/re-connect, dismantle/re-assemble appliances, fixtures, fittings or equipment.
Take up or lay fitted floor coverings.
Move items from a loft, unless properly lit and floored and safe access is provided.
PAYMENTS:
Job has to be paid UPFRONT (on-line, card payment or bank transfer). If payment is not cleared job will be canceled.
ADDITIONALS:
All jobs will be finished same day, provided all items are listed before accepting bid, no matter how long it will take to finish job, if not otherwise stated.
No items to be left inside furniture or white goods.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
