Hi, we run a small friendly Removals/Courier company mainly operating all over london but do cover most surrounding areas, We have a few vans to suit most needs with trolleys,blankets,straps,bubblewrap etc to make your move go as easy and stress free as possible also protecting all your belongings in transit. We aslo have G.I.T (goods in transit) insurance upto the value of £10,000 which can be raised for any job that requires more insurance free of charge just let us know a few days prior to pick up please, we can also offer storage for short periods of time.
DELIVERY TERMS PLEASE READ
please note that all jobs with collection/delivery in the congestion charge zone that require collection/delivery during the congestion hours will incur an additional £10 charge
all bids are for 1 man unless clearly stated prior to accepting a bid, also all bids are for ground floor to ground floor unless clearly stated prior to accepting a bid
all jobs with a total of or more than 20 miles will incur a charge of £0.39p per mile (from collection to delivery, if delivery is not direct or same day you will still be charged by straight route and always the shortest route even if we decide to go another route for traffic other job etc)

ALL PAYMENTS OTHER THAN CASH ON DELIVERY HAVE TO BE AGREED PRIOR TO COLLECTION/DELIVERY THANK YOU ALSO ALL PAYMENTS THROUGH PAYPAL WILL INCUR A £2 CHARGE. ANY LATE CANCELLATIONS WILL HAVE A £15 CANCELLATION FEE
also please have change if required, Our drivers cant be expected to bring change for every customer, you know what you owe and if you want change please please have correct money to avoid driver not having correct change, refers more to coins than notes THANK YOU

The van came 1 hour late. The job took only 1.5 hour instead of the 2 hours that I paid for and they still insisted in charging a lot more than originally agreed because there were a few boxes more than initially expected. |
