Please note we subcontract all work out to big courier companies. To offer you the customer the best possible price. And on some jobs will require a postage label printed. For full terms and conditions of companies we use will be available on their website.
Wecanmoveit offers a door to door collection and delivery service through 10,000 local couriers, offering simple, convenient and affordable parcel delivery.
Couriers are recruited from within the areas that they live, which means that their local knowledge is second to none. For example if your customer/recipient isn't at home but works around the corner, our couriers will usually be only too happy to make a detour to ensure the customer receives their parcel as soon as possible.
You will also benefit from our industry leading first time delivery hit rate which means that the recipient won't have to travel to a sorting office if they miss the delivery, the local courier will attempt to deliver up to three times.
Safe place
A local courier can collect from your door or if you aren't able to be present, the courier will collect from your nominated safe place.
You can also ask your customer/recipient for a safe place for their parcel to be delivered if they are not able to be present and we will deliver it there. With our excellent online tracking capability you will know when it has been delivered. All items will need to be packaged correctly for transport, We dont inure glass/Fragile items please ask for T&CS By accepting Our quote you are accepting and agreeing to Our terms and conditions. To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

BORDERING ON CRIMINAL!! A total shambles from beginning to end and ANYVAN's infrastructure is dire. They have no other method of contacting the service provider than you the customer, so when there's a problem (and believe me, that is HIGHLY likely and if you're VERY lucky there may only be the one, unlike me who had 2 full weeks of hassle and NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!) they have no way (nor desire it seems) to help you. The only thing I can say that I got for my paid up front money...despite the fact the website informs you that you don't have to pay in full until the job is completed but by the time you find this out, you have already parted with a £10 deposit...was wall to wall frustration. The whole set up was totally unprofessional from beginning to end. I opted to use 'Roger's Removals' of Blackpool...not the cheapest option but the one who pledged he could do the job on the day required...Parcelforce would have been cheaper in reality. In total, I lost the £35 outlay plus the brand new microwave (value £65) that was supposed to be delivered back to me, a return that I had already paid out on and had to write off in the end as a direct result of Anyvan and Roger's Removals failures. Fortunately Paypal refunded me the £10 that Anyvan charged me but refused to return, despite the disgusting treatment metered out by them. I will never, never, ever use this bunch of cowboys again and strongly recommend potential future users to think long and hard before investing into this set up...put a match to your banknotes instead...at least that way, you will have something to see for your actions and it's less painful than banging your head against the wall!! |

This guy subbed the job out to another firm who failed to do the job, he has promised to send me my money back but has now changed his number and won't answer my emails. Anyvan can't help. This has made me very nervous about using this type of service again. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON I GAVE HIM SEVERAL WEEKS TO REFUND ME BEFORE I LEFT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. |

The supplier took our money but never make the delivery and we try to claim the refund but he has not got in touch and Anyvan also refused to refund on the supplier's behalf. The supplier stated that they would email us the print labels and give us a few hours notice for the collection. He did none of that. |
