We are a highly recommended removal service with years of experience with delivering and moving all sorts of goods in fast and safe manner.
My van is equipped with straps, tapes, blankets, trolley, bungee cords, sat nav etc. to help delivering your items quick and safe.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our bid is based on information provided by you in listing otherwise extra charges can be added so please notify us about any extra items.
House moves: Cancellations/changes made less than 3 working days prior a date WILL be chargeable - 50%. Cancellation on a day/arrival-100%.
Single items: Cancellations/changes made less than 48 hours prior a date WILL be chargeable - 50%. Cancellation on a day/arrival - 100%
Please have your items READY TO TRANSPORT when we arrive (this helps us be on time for our other customers) Otherwise if we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £10/1man/30 minutes or £15/2men/30 minutes will be added.
We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. accident, breakdown, major traffic delays, weather conditions or costumer delays etc.) If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified time/date, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability or have permission for parking, if our vans receive a penalty charge is customer's responsibility to reimburse. The quote provided is on the assumption that we will be able to park within 20 meters of the pick-up point. If we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to revise our quotation.
PAYMENT must be made in cash on collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in advance.
There will be no insurance claims for damages if fragile items are not properly packaged in cardboard/bubble wrap. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure your item is sufficiently protected.
Please ALWAYS advice what floors both properties are on as this will enable us to provide the right quote. If this isn't done there will be a charge of £15/floor, because it will take longer and need more man power.
