We will try 2 take good care of your items when loadin, unloadin and transportin em. We work extremely hard and 2 a high standard 4 all of our customers to make sure that what we do for them is completely stress fee.

1. If you have more items than stated on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
2. It is your responsibility to check that any item you bought will fit into your home or place of work, because for dismantling and assembling xtra charges will apply
3. Please always mtxt us before accepting our bid to ensure we are still available for the job - thank you
4. You need to be honest with your inventory so that we can give you the best possible quote
5. Payment must be made in cash on collection or delivery.
6. It’s very important to take a moment and read through our feedback received from other customers, which reflects how we work good and bad
7. Most importantly if you engage with us to do a job for you, we will do it to your satisfaction eventually, with max professionalism, that will meet ur needs no matter how small or big the job might be.

I have used AnyVan several times have always been very happy with the price and service. However, this was not the case on this occasion. Arrived late after contacting me to tell me they were near but quoting a location landmark several miles away so didn't appear to have satnav. I had 3 holdalls and an extra suitcase which were not included in my original list of items to move and they charged an additional £20 to take them. I thought they were a little too rough handling my boxes, especially at drop off and their tone and attitude was quite indifferent. Admit I am fussy and despite this, I'm assuming a one-off and will continue to use AnyVan. |

Terrible service. Booked removals and heard nothing. Chased up by email 3 or 4 times and twice by phone. Promised calls back but heard nothing and then heard through anyvan that he had cancelled the job! |
