*All communications regarding job details must be in written
* Please always check availability just before booking
* We do not do Clearance - if your items are in fairly good condition we can help you take them to a charity shop
* All quotes are based on :
- Ground to ground floor - street level (unless otherwise agreed)
- Up to 20 m between the collection/delivery point and the van (unless otherwise agreed)
- the inventory items and dimensions listed by the customer
* It is customer's responsibility to ensure the availability or have permission for parking
* Waiting time at pick-up/drop-off, if the person is not there or for some other reason for more than 10-15min, will incur charge of £15 per half an hour (we will wait up to 1 hour - if possible).
* Collected, but undelivered items because of customer's fault, will be charged storage fee £15 per day per 1 cub.m. (items will be kept for up to 3 days - if possible)
* Suitable packing and wrapping of items are full responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise agreed)
* It is customer's responsibility to check that any item will fit into it's new place .
* Assembly and Disassembly available at extra cost (£30 per hour) - please ask before bid acceptance
- We will not remove doors, door frames, windows, fences etc
* If the customer would like to travel on the van , they must ask before to accept the bid
* CC,ULEZ,parking fees, bridge, tunnel , road tolls etc are not included in our quote (unless otherwise agreed)
* We do NOT do jobs going from/to logistic/dispatcher etc companies !!!
*Cancellations - fees apply
* PAYMENT:
- cash on collection or delivery
- bank transfer prior collection
- PayPal UK(10% FEE APPLY) prior delivery .
PLEASE NOTE : if you are a new customer or have a negative feedback in the past we may ask for a full or partial payment in advance to confirm your booking ( after AnyVan payment )

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
