Due to recent events and customers we have had no option but to list these t&cs. by accepting our bid you accept ALL the terms laid out below. Book it now jobs can cancel without charge if you do not agree to these t&cs.
1. As most the listings are vague our bid is therefore only an estimate based on your listing and we will charge more for non listed items or items that are larger/heavier than listed.
2. All items are assumed to be ground floor to ground unless you MESSAGE and say different (before accepting the bid). we will charge upto £30 a floor above ground floor, or we will drop kerb side only.
3. Access and parking must be suitable at collection and delivery. Any and all parking fees/fines will be paid for by the customer. We DO NOT collect or deliver on any red routes. AGAIN IF YOU ARE ON A RED ROUTE DO NOT ACCEPT OUR BID.
4. Congestion charge is NOT included in bids if you are within the congestion zone then £12 will be added.
5. Failure to be at delivery point. we will wait 15 mins after that its £10 per 15 mins or part there off. timed from our text to you saying we are there. After 45mins your goods will go in to storage at your cost.
6. Don't assume you can travel in the van> Please ask before hand. A fee may apply.
7. Cancelations. once booked there is a 100% cancelation fee.
We are sorry to have to do this but it should only affect less than 1% of our customers
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

The driver charged me extra than quieted, for having a couple of extra bags in van that was almost empty. |
