The team were thoroughly professional and pleasant. Andy contacted me to confirm pick-up and delivery dates/times, was very helpful regarding all my items, handled my property as carefully as I'd have done myself - not easy, with some awkward items. Potential problems getting their van up the drive, didn't bat an eyelid, just carried the things up and into my little home and were very very very cheerful and friendly throughout. The one thing they didn't do was arrive with a sponge cake with a cherry on the top :-) Excellent service. |
