Important Terms:
◉ Contract & T&Cs: Your booking is governed solely by our Terms & Conditions. Terms of our delivery partners do not apply.
◉ Prohibited Items: No liquids, dangerous goods, or human remains accepted. If such items are found after booking or collection, the job may be cancelled or goods disposed of — with no liability.
◉ Loss or Damage: Claims must be made directly to us via email. Contacting delivery partners without approval may void your claim.
◉Access: Pickup and delivery are kerbside (ground floor only). Couriers are not obliged to assist with loading/unloading.
◉ Cancellations:
● Before pickup confirmed: 50% refund
● After pickup booked or attempted: no refund
◉ Delays: Pickup/delivery dates are non-guaranteed. We are not liable for delays or related losses.
◉ T&Cs: Full terms available on request.

I used this service to send multiple boxes. It was just like sending boxes by post send labels for postage, I printed them off at home, put them on my boxes and got them picked up on an agreed day.
