Timing; All collection & delivery jobs book with us are done between 9am – 5pm.
Price; Unless advise otherwise the quote given is always for; driver only attending, transporting only the items mentioned, from & to the specified addresses, collecting from & delivering to ground floor property.
Bulky heavy items; In some cases the following may need to be done before certain items can be taken into or out of the property; the item might need to be dismantled, carried over a fence or balcony, squeezed through tight areas, pass through a window, or a door or window may need to be taken off . The company is under no obligation in doing any of the above & will only do so at the customer’s request. There may be extra charges if the company does continue with the job we will not be held responsible if any damages were to happen during this process. In some situations the driver / men may need additional assistance to continue with the job, if this additional assistance is provided by us extra charges may apply.
Extra charges may apply if; the driver has to enter or pass through the London congestion charge zone (Mon-Fri, 7am-6pm, £10) or paying toll. The driver has to pay for parking while loading, unloading or waiting. If extra men are provided by us. Change of address, there are additional items to what the quote was originally given for, there are additional stops, assembling, dismantling or packaging has to be done by our staff, if the driver has to return to the collection or delivery address. For whatever reason due to the customer’s the items have to be stored by us for more than three days. The items have to be returned to where they originally came from. (Delivery jobs); collecting from or delivering to non- ground floor properties with or without lift, collection or delivery is before 9am, after 5pm, on weekends or bank holidays, the customer wishes to have a smaller collection or delivery window, waiting / loading / un-loading time exceeds 10min, (Removal jobs); A fixed price was given for a specific time for doing A job & the job exceeds that time, hourly rate. The customer’s belongings are going into storage & they would like to have our staff do the packing into the unit.

- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
