Charlie was quick with communications, very clear on what he could do to help me with my ebay purchase, very polite and unassuming. He collected my goods and stored them for a few days before delivering to me, keeping me informed all the way. The guy I purchased from gave me great feedback about Charlie too. Really pleased with the delivery, communications and price. Charlie turned up on time to collect a rather heavy piano, phoned to say he was leaving and came directly to us to drop off safely. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. |
