Terms & Conditions
1. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate description of the item, size, dimensions and weight and number of items.
2. Collection and deliveries will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday only, Saturday and Sunday by prior arrangement.
3. Help and assistance may be required to load and un load items.
4. Full collection address including postcode and full deliver address with postcode and landline and mobile numbers must be supplied.
5. We will make contact to arrange collection on a certain day and will give an approximate collection time but due to traffic and locations we will not guarantee the time but will call ½ and hour in advance.
6. For deliveries we will allocate a day and an approximate time and advise a delivery time ½ hour in advance.
7. Bulky furniture will need to be dismantled and flat packed prior to our arrival.
8. We will collect from the door only not from upstairs or rear storage areas.
9. Delivery will be to the door only, not upstairs or to other rooms in the property.
10. Waiting time after 10 minutes will be chargeable at £35.00 per ½ hour or part thereof.
11. In the event that the item will not fit through the doorway we reserve the right to leave the item outside the property but full payment will still be required.
12. A booking deposit of 10% prior to collection will be required in the even of a no show on the customers part on delivery day the deposit will not be refunded.
