Terms and Conditions:
If you have more items than stated on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
To avoid extra charges stairs must be mentioned if the job involves stairs .

If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.

Please note we are not responsible or liable in any way for loss of income/time off work whatsoever you may have incurred
while waiting for us to deliver or collect.

If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £20 per 30 minutes will be charged,

Sometimes things go wrong, traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness which may result in us not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day, whilst we will endeavour to keep you fully informed we may due to time restraints have to reschedule your job.

Please note if you require a 2 man service, please ask us for it.

PLEASE NOTE !!!!!
It the customers responsibility to check that all your personal belongings be able to leave and enter your new home or place of work.

We charge £5 to £25 extra dismantling and assembling.

Please note for packing service packing materials is paid by the customer receipts are provided.

No job will be booked until you correctly completed the details on your job listing, including Contact Telephone Numbers, full Postal address for both collection and delivery address.

It is customers responsibility to make sure our removal vans have free parking on the day of the job

Due to traffic and road work delays We offer slots
Early Slot 8am - 12pm
Mid Slot 12pm - 4pm
Late Slot After 6pm
however we give 2 hour notice of arrive.

We do not accept abuse or violet behaviour of any kind.
