I am self employed and my customer service is available 24 hours 7 days a week with very FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS.
Please make sure you read all the TERMS & CONDITIONS before you accept my bid as when you accept my bid you accept to the terms & conditions.
1) Please MESSAGE ME before you accept my bid to make sure I am 100% available to do the job as my availability changes every 30 minutes.
2) Make sure YOUR INVENTORY is 100% right as extra items on the day may be an extra charge.
3) Make sure both COLLECTION/DELIVERY ADDRESSES are correct if they are different on the day of the job they may be an extra charge.
4) I will HELP WITH LOADING/UNLOADING, If your unable to help load/unload any items that require 2 men to carry PLEASE state before you accept my bid as 2 men is an extra charge.
5) Unless stated otherwise all bids are for GROUND FLOOR TO GROUND FLOOR service, If you want your items to be carried higher/lower then the ground floor PLEASE state before you accept my bid as this may be an extra charge.
6) It is YOUR responsibility to MEASURE & CHECK that ANY ITEM in your inventory will fit though all your doors/walk ways at both collection/delivery.
7) I will WAIT TO LOAD/UNLOAD UP TO 20 MINUTES after that a charge of £5 for 10 minutes. So Please make sure your items are ready to load/unload at both ends.
8) I always offer A HALF HOUR WINDOW FOR COLLECTION/DELIVRY in case of traffic/road closures etc.. which are out of my power I will keep you 100% informed if I will be late so please keep that in mind.
9) If items need to be DISMANTLED, please let us know in advance so we can allow enough time and decide if we need to increase our price.
10) If I am sent to an alternative or incorrect ADDRESS then I reserve the right to make an additional charge.
11) My service is DOOR TO DOOR. I will be happy to place items where requested, please notify me in advance so I can allow adequate time and be aware that we take no responsibility for damage to goods or property, whilst inside the property.

- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
