Totally a negative experience with the AnyVan and the driver who did not provide a receipt to me. Please avoid using their services for your own benefit. |

This was a negative experience. The driver tried to rush things and sent someone in the Ford Fiesta to pick up the goods. The sender got nervous as it appeared to be a scam. It wasn't a scam and the courier was just trying to pick up the item quickly, but in the end I had to cancel the courier as the way in which they dealt with the whole thing left all parties feeling very nervous. I think George was trying to do his best, but in rushing things created a bigger problem. |
