We are a small family business based in Birmingham, UK. Careful, polite, and efficient. Available for deliveries to any part of the UK 7 days a week, at short notice. We don't take your items to exchange hubs. Once loaded, your items will stay in the van until delivered - usually within 24-48 hours.
All your items will be secured with ratchet straps and wrapped with blankets for safe transportation.
We always try to go that extra mile for our customers!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It's the customer's responsibility to ensure the availability of parking. If we get a parking ticket, the customer will have to reimburse the driver.
Be aware that on our way to the delivery point, we may stop to collect or deliver items for other jobs unless you have booked a dedicated van or an express service.
If you provide a different address for collection/delivery than the one on the listing, you may incur additional charges.
Please try to be as accurate as possible regarding the number of items, dimensions, and weight. There will be additional charges for any extra items.
It's the customer's responsibility to ensure everything is ready to be moved when the team arrives at the collection point and to ensure there will be no waiting time at the collection/delivery address. If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address, the waiting charge will incur. Charges are the following: £20/30minutes/1 man/van or £30/30 minutes/2 men/van.
Unfortunately, we can't predict traffic delays, accidents, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, and staff illness. Sometimes it may result in us not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the agreed day. If it happens, we will keep you updated, and we will finish your job at the soonest possible time.
It's the customer's responsibility to check that any item you move will fit into his new home or place of work. If dismantling or/and assembling are needed, the customer may incur further costs.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified = 20 - 70 successful jobs
- Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
