Term & Conditions

1. Job arrival times are estimated. Although we always do our best to be on time, circumstances out of our control may cause delays. We will not accept responsibility for any customer losses due to unforeseen or unavoidable delays.

2. Parking at both collection and delivery addresses is all clients responsibility. Any charges that may occur on the day of the move shall be added to the bill.

3. Parking has to be organized within a reasonable distance (10-20meters) from the main entrance at both locations. Additional charges may occur if the distance is more than that.

4. Extra charges may appear if the actual amount of items to transport on the day exceeds the agreed list upon booking.

5. Dismantling/assembling of furniture is a separate charge unless previously agreed by us in writing.

6. Waiting time is being charged at half hour increments depending on the team size assigned for your appointment.

7. We reserve the right to accept other jobs on board unless the initial previously agreed by us in writing.

8. We accept payment in cash or credit/debit cards. A non refundable deposit of 50 % of the confirmation amount has to be settled prior to arrival of the team and the balance prior to unloading the van.

9. It is customer responsibility to confirm availability before accepting our quote.

10. In the event of our negligence or breach of contract resulting in loss of or damage to your goods, we shall not be liable for the first £150 of any claim & for any claim exceeding this amount we will pay a sum equivalent to the cost of their repair or replacement whichever is the smaller sum up to a maximum of £40 for any one item.

11. We have got a 48 hours cancellation policy. If a job is cancelled less than 48 hour prior to the appointment, a cancellation fee of £60 applies.
