Having to claim refund of deposit contractor couldn't read that it was a baby grand piano when he went to pick up he said he thought it was an upright and therefore could not deliver . this despite all correspondence and job sheet stated baby grand piano. Dissappointed and have had to get professional piano removers to do job which they did immediately without any problems.Would be dubious about using any van again sorry |

Fantastic service 2 men turned up on time, polite friendly and very helpful, they even stayed longer than they needed to to help me get my extra large settee exactly where I wanted it as I wasn't strong enough to move it by my self highly recommended |
