Charged me an extra £10 to pick the mattress up on the day of my choice. I was expecting it at 4ish and he text to say between 6 and 7pm. Rang him at 7.30 and he hadnt even picked it up. He went to the Unit at 9pm although I said it wouldnt be open and sure enough it wasnt. VERY unreliable. Had to find someone else the next day as I no longer trusted him to do the job |

Good price, however been promised to receive my sofa at 9-10AM, was waiting till 2PM, then had an appointment with dentist and explained to them that I can't wait anymore. They've told me that they will wait, because it's their fault. When I came back at 3PM FOUND THEM VERY ANGRY and RUDE, because they have to sit and wait for me,( when I was expected sofa at the morning time and have had my own plans for afternoon). So at the end of the day, they left me with my heavy corner sofa outside (it was a rainy day), because they didn't have a time to lift it into the house AND BECAUSE I WAS LATE (what really surprised me, they believed that it was me not they were late). So I was waiting while someone will come and help me to move corner sofa. |
