We are a UK-based transport company offering services ranging from small parcel deliveries to full house removals. We also operate as agents for major parcel carriers across the UK and Europe.

Our fleet consists of 22m³ vans with a maximum payload of 1100kg, suitable for both part-load and full-load transport.

We aim to provide a reliable, professional, and efficient service, ensuring safe handling and timely delivery of all goods.

Loading & Unloading

Drivers may provide reasonable assistance, but customers must ensure sufficient help is available if needed. Items must be ready at the agreed collection time. A two-person crew may be available in the UK by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.

Packaging Responsibility

Customers are responsible for properly packing and securing all items for transport. We are not liable for damage to inadequately packed goods, including electronics, furniture, glass, porcelain, artwork, plants, or loose items.

Electronics must be in original manufacturer packaging or professionally secured packaging.

Insurance

We hold Courier Insurance, Hire & Reward Insurance, Goods in Transit Insurance, and Public Liability Insurance.

Antiques, high-value collectables, and irreplaceable items are not covered. Customers should arrange specialist insurance where necessary.

Damage & Liability

Damage or loss must be reported upon delivery and noted on the delivery record. Failure to do so may invalidate claims. Once delivery is signed for, we accept no further liability.

Customers are responsible for incorrect addresses, undisclosed restricted access, overweight penalties, and delays caused by inaccurate booking details.

Booking & Changes

We may amend or cancel services if booking details change significantly, including item list, addresses, access conditions, or load limits. Additional charges may apply.

Part Loads

Estimated times are provided on the day. Schedules may change depending on route adjustments or cancellations.

Documentation & Customs

Customers must provide all required documents on time. Failure may result in delays, refusal, or extra charges.

Shipments may be inspected for security or customs compliance.

Payment Terms

Payment methods: Cash or Bank Transfer. Full payment is required upon loading unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking or accepting a quotation, the customer confirms acceptance of all Terms & Conditions. Failure to read them does not exempt responsibility.
