About Me

We’re a UK-based transport company handling everything from small parcels to full house removals. We also act as agents for major parcel carriers. Our vans (22m³, 1100kg capacity each) are suited for part loads and full loads across the UK and beyond.

Important Info:

• Fleet & Load Limits: 22m³ vans with 1100kg capacity. For part loads (e.g., 10m³), up to 450kg is allowed.

• Handling: Drivers assist with loading and unloading.

• Packaging Responsibility: You must ensure all goods are properly packaged. Poorly packed or unpackaged items — especially furniture and electronics — are not insured.

• Our company takes all reasonable care to ensure that the Client’s property is properly secured and transported in its original condition.
However, insurance coverage does not apply to items that have not been properly packed or secured by the Client, including but not limited to: electronic equipment, furniture, glass, porcelain, artworks, plants, and any other loose or unpacked items.

•Insurance: Includes Courier, Haulage, Hire & Reward, Goods in Transit, and Public Liability cover. Antiques are not covered — please arrange separate insurance.

•Damage Reporting: Damages must be reported at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery record — or insurers will reject the claim.

•Liability: Once delivery is signed, we are no longer liable for loss/damage. Overweight fines or incorrect address-related issues are the customer's responsibility.

•Part Loads: ETAs for collection and delivery will be provided on the day.

• Electronics: Must be in original packaging to be accepted.

• Security & Customs: Shipments may be opened and inspected by us or authorities if required.

•Payment Terms: Accepted methods: Cash, Bank Transfer,
Important: Full payment must be made after loading is completed. No post-delivery payments accepted.
