About Me

We as a long established Removal Company are members of the Road Haulage Association (RHA). We are dedicated to provide both a professional and committed service and understand how frustrating and stressful the experience of moving can be. Our Company has the benefit of GIT of £10,000 and public liability insurance of £1,000,000.
So hand over all those worries and concerns and 'just sit back and relax' let all the hard work be carried out by us. We do all that we can to ensure the pressure is taken away from you by dedicating you with a Team Leader who will be your main point of contact throughout the day of your move.
Each removal is unique therefore we accommodate for your individual needs as a customer, as customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We appreciate and understand removals don't always go to plan so we are flexible to move dates around accordingly, to meet your removal needs when we are able to do so. All jobs accepted on bits need to be paid in full before start the job.
Our Team members are fully uniformed, friendly and courteous, prepared to go the extra mile. They are experienced in handling all types of household belongings, and when necessary use trolleys to assist with the heavier goods. If you have anything large or out of the ordinary please inform us.
Our vehicles are clean have tail lifts and are equipped with protective blankets and straps to ensure your belongings are secured and protected during transit. We will sort your belongings to the appropriate rooms making the experience as hassle free as possible.
We cover both local and nationwide as distance is not an issue.
We offer a packing, dismantling and reassembling service. Our packing service includes the provision of all packing materials and two packers, which is undertaken the day before the removal.
We provide short term/long term storage facilities with 24 hour security.
For all Bid jobs are apply our T&C and need to be paid in full before loading .

VERY UNRELIABLE SERVICE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL IN MANY WAYS (READ BELOW). Below are all of the things that went wrong with this company. Please read carefully before spending your money on them, and you are better off spending more money on someone who is reliable and adequate. 1. They were not transparent with the prices. -The company did not mention that they were not including customs charges in the price when getting into Switzerland. -They called us at the border saying that they were stopped and checked, and that we would need to go to the border to declare all our possessions and pay the charges. -They stated that "they are not always checked", which means that they are running an illegal service in which they attempt to go through customs without declaring goods-very dodgy. -Normally, proper removal companies include any of these charges in their fees. 2. They damaged our goods and refused to be responsible. -After asking them if our fragile goods would be safe, they said yes, and the result was that they ripped through some of our cases. -When asked about replacing the item, they refused to do anything about this, even though we sent them before and after photos of the case (which included the date of the pictures taken). 3. They are very disorganised in their communication. -They told us that the delivery would come on the next day, but then a couple of hours later they stated that they would arrive at 5pm on the same day. -This messed our entire schedule as we had planned according to their initial time. 4. Customer service was terrible. -If anything goes wrong, they blame AnyVan, when AnyVan tells you to speak to the driver for a solution. -If anything goes wrong, be prepared to be told that they cannot do anything about it. And trust me, they will not try at all. -They ignore messages and do not respond (I have screenshots as evidence). -They promise to speak to the boss and to reply to you, but do not get back to you (I have screenshots as evidence). -They only respond swiftly before you pay them, to try and get your business (I have screenshots as evidence). 5. They will threaten to take you to court and sue you. -I am not very sure what there is to sue us about, as all we did was complain about a bad service-is this plausible/worth suing for? -Surely attempting to take goods over the border illegally is more suable? 6. The workers were very unprofessional -The drivers were not serious about the job at all, and were just joking around when they delivered the goods. The manager was rude to me on the phone and used a very harsh tone in the way he communicated. If you want to be disappointed, use this company. You will get what you pay for. If you want to use a proper company that will deliver your goods; a) on time, b) with no damage, c) with no extra cost, d) with excellent customer service, use someone else. An utter disgrace, and they are unwilling to solve the mess that they caused.
