we are a family run buisness who have been involved with removals and storage for 11 years now,we pride ourselves on delivering the best delivery service we can manage,and we are flexible with our customers requests.
we dont charge by weight or size,we charge basically on milage and drivers earning for the day,if we are in the same area,we will do a delivery for under £30.but we are a swansea company,

Spoke to this guy told me it would be the next day or the following day. 2 weeks later still no news. tried phoning and emailing no reply. Answer phone message sayinf "if looking for money i have none" how professional! |

If you didn't want the job all you had to do was say so. But not to turn up and leave us with a load of furniture to deliver to Scotland and Cardiff 2 days before Christmas is pretty poor. Advice to Anyvan users - the cheapest quote is not necessarily the best. |

The item never arrived and they have been misleading me for the past two weeks. They don't answer the phone (driver and business) False promises and totally unprofessional. DON'T USE THEM!! |

After arranging the service i thought the correspondance was great at first, BUT the service came to no avail almost from the outset from the planning stage, the person at the collection point was given misleading messages as like myself regarding pick up and delivery of my item, which did not happen and became very frustrating towards the end not knowing if this service was going to happen ? i felt this was to difficult a job that the driver should of turned down, instead of making pointless promises that he could not keep, i could of made another arrangement with a different company instead of wasting time with this service, this experience felt as if it was left up to me to arrange the whole plan making the phone calls that the driver should of done, not a good service experience at all and was very frustrating all round. |

Lovely guys but a little disorganised, although don't let that put you off, as they did keep us up to date with their progress. I think with the passage of time, once these guys get more used to doing this kind of work they will be ace. Extremely helpful and very obliging. |
