We are a family run delivery service covering the U.K. New to Anyvan we have been working for the trade for several years delivering direct to retail customers. Specialising in the transportation of antiques and furniture, goods are naturally handled with the highest care.
Our friendly driver will collect goods from your stated collection address and deliver to the hallway of the delivery address (unless otherwise agreed prior to bid acceptance.) We call the collection contact once the run is planned (usually 2-3 days in advance) to provide them with a 2-3 hour time slot for expected collection; We will call the delivery contact once the run is planned to provide them with a 2-3 hour time slot for expected delivery.
We recommend all goods are packaged for transit to avoid marking. Our insurance will not cover items which are poorly packaged for transit. We do offer a packing/wrap service, the price of which is dependent on the goods and is NOT included in the bid price. If you are willing for your goods to be transported without packaging, we will treat them with the upmost care but cannot be held responsible for any minor scratches/marks made to the item during transit.
.Please note: we do our best to provide you with accurate days and times for collections and deliveries but occasionally logistics suffers from traffic issues/breakdowns which are out of our control; in such cases we will contact you as soon as possible to rebook timeslots.
