Terrible Experience overall. Delivery timeline provided upfront in the quotation was not respected and was repeatedly shifted. 3 days promise ended up being 10 days to complete the delivery. Delayed, incomplete, and false communications from both Mougoue and Anyvan representatives. Paid invoice document (aka receipt) remains pending more than a month following the delivery of items and payment of fees. Mougoue and Anyvan representatives are currently stonewalling us on providing the paid invoice and have ignored all our followup emails and phone calls. Extremely disappointed with terrible customer treatment and subpar professional conduct. |
