Changed the price when he had the packages onboard, asked for more money to delivery and wanted to do it at weekend and in the late evening. Was extremely rude when delivering. Mougoue Furniture in the boxes are more than 5 kg and one heavy pallet 2m long non stackable loaded with forklift a needed 3 persons to lift on delivery ... Weekend delivery was arranged in advance and you agreed which i did myself and i am the much humble and friendly person and your not fair and honest with your review. Thank you |

Overall pretty happy with the experience. I think the lower price than most carriers reflects the fact that AnyVan essentially subcontract to drivers so there is an extra layer of communication which created some anxiety for me - I needed the delivery within set dates and initially it seemed that Bertrand was not aware of this. To be fair Jonathan at AnyVan was very good about ensuring that the delivery would take place within the set dates that suited me. Bertrand did collect on the appointed date and was good about communicating his arrival time. The delivery time was a bit early as I was not staying at the delivery address but again everything worked out fine. The items arrived safely and undamaged. Overall good value. |

Betrand did the moving on 17th Oct evening from Mallow to Oxford. Things reached safely on the eve of 18th. It was super efficient. Betrand was extremely helpful in transfering things to the van as well. He was very nice and I hugely recommend anyvan to anyone I know in the future. |
