We are based in East Sussex and have been serving the local community for many years.
We pride ourselves on maintaining modern vans giving you the peace of mind when we transport your precious belongings.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Please confirm the date and time before accepting my quote to ensure your slot is still available.
2. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the availability or have permission for parking. Any parking fines will be paid by the customer.
3. Please ensure that your inventory/description is as accurate as possible. If there is a vast variance in items then I do reserve the right to charge additional costs.
4. All items must be pre-packed and ready to load before I arrive.
5. Suitable packing and wrapping of items are full responsibility of the customer.
6. If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing extra charges may be incurred.
7. If a job is cancelled on short notice (within 48 hours of arranged time) a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. Less than 24 hours’ notice, full amount will be payable.
8. If I have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address a waiting charge of £20 per 30 minutes will apply.
9. If floor level is not stated extra charges may be incurred.
10. It is your responsibility to ensure all items can be removed from your collection address and fit into your delivery address (assembly and disassembly available at extra cost £20/hour please ask before bid acceptance)
11. Please ensure your items are packaged appropriately as I cannot take responsibility for damaged items inappropriately packed .
12. If weight/size/quantity of goods provided by you are incorrect or incomplete then I reserve the right to charge an additional fee, or refuse to transport the item(s) if there is not enough space on my vehicle.
13. In case of traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness which may result in me not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day, whilst I will endeavour to keep you fully informed I may, due to time restraints, have to reschedule your job.
14. Goods in Transit Insurance of £10,000 and Public Liability of £2.000.000.
15. One passenger is welcome to travel with the goods.
