Unless agreed with prior communication, we will aim to have your item(s) collected and delivered within 5 days.
We will always do our best to offer you a two hours time slot for all pickup/deliveries and text you 30mns before our arrival. A direct number to our driver will be offered to ensure you are kept informed and in touch with your goods!
Removal jobs are always intended as 2 men service and bids placed accordingly.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Arranged a fairly quick job for Tuesday (28 mile round trip), then the office person cancelled late Monday night telling me that they don't have a van anymore and that they had already told this to Anyvan, although when I had phoned the driver earlier that day to check he was still OK for job he told me everything was OK. Had to get another provider to take the job at short notice. |

The driver rearranged 3 times - didn't pick up although he left me a message saying he had already picked up my table. It was an absolute shame the whole time and I beg you not to use this company. |

Totally let down by this unprofessional company - they cancelled the job by text with no explanation at all, after 2 no-shows to agreed collection dates and 2 weeks of questionable excuses. Very poor communication - they do not answer phones. Avoid using, or expect disappointment. All my other anyvan experiences have been reliable and in most cases excellent, but this company was exceptionally poor in every way. |

This job was not honoured. A date and time for delivery was agreed but then I did not hear anything further. I waited in all afternoon and left messages for the driver (which I know from my phone notifications were read) but he has not made contact with me or the place of collection. I would have been happy to rearrange the delivery date if there was a problem but not making any contact is very unprofessional. I now have to go through the process again and I have wasted a week. |
