We are an accredited and recommended transport provider on AnyVan. We are family run business.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
*We reserve our right to refuse jobs customer changed collection or delivery post code AFTER our bid.
*If a job is cancelled within 48 hours of arranged time, 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.
* Please confirm your date and time BEFORE accepting our bid.
* If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing extra charges may be applied.
* All the arrangements regarding the parking space must be made by the customer (including any parking fees or permits). If the distance from the doorway to the parking is further than 20-25m the price will be up.
* We are covered up to GBP 10K of Goods in Transit
300 GBP claims excess
Please note, customer will have to pay the excess costs.

Goods in Transit [£50,000]
* We are NOT provide insurance any items NOT proper packing, eg: glass furniture and marble furniture.
* All damages must be advised on delivery otherwise insurers will not accept a claim.
*It is the customer's responsibility to make sure our removal van will have space to park. Any parking fines will have to be paid by the customer.
* passengers not cover insurance if travelling the van.
* We accept cash payment only, if different payment method please ask BEFORE book the job.
* If any extra items will be charge extra. 2 to 3 boxes/ bags no problem. please make sure all boxes/ bags/ suitcases NO more than 20 kg.
* All big furniture will be dismantled and ready our men arrive at your collection point.
* We reserve the right to take other jobs on board unless the customer booked us only for their job.
*If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at collection or at delivery point then we will charge £20 per 30 minutes will be charged.
*Please do read the feedback that has been left for us by other happy customers.

- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
