We were set up to make moving easy, we tailored service which meet individual’s needs. Whether moving locally or national our principles are still the same.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Quotes are based on the Inventory you provide to us as we do rely on accurate list of inventory’s and therefore It is important for you to understand that, you cannot list a few items and end up with a van load for the same price.
Please it is important for you to let us know the size of your items and make clear the collection and delivery full address.
Please let us know the number of men, if more than one required.
Please do inform us if there is or would be a problem with regards to access to the building or property, i.e. steps, no driveway, narrow access parking, so we know what to expect.
We reserve the right to make additional (charge), should you want us to make a stop at a different location from the original pick up/ delivery point.
Please be sure that you let us know if there are stairs involved before accepting our bid. (Otherwise extra charges will may occur).
It is also your duty to ensure that your items are properly packaged either in a box or bubble wrapped etc. except you have made a special request for us to help you package or bubble wrap or use a blanket.
Please be sure we have car park facilities near collection and delivery points. Any fee for car park will be payable by customer right away.
It is important for you to understand that anything can happen when goods are on transit. We do not take responsibility for already damaged goods which did not occur during transit. I.e. goods that has already been damaged before pick up and after delivery.
There would be a 50% charge of the original price agreed for any job booking cancelled within 24 to 48hrs of the job been carried out.
Please if there is any query about the service we have offered you, let us know. We will try our best to resolve it.
IMPORTANT: We reserve our right to refuse jobs accepted without prior check of our availability.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Damaged items then refused to show insurance documents. Will never use any van again. The removers are meant to have £20000 worth of insurance but will not prove it. They showed up late in a hired dirty van. That had no equipment blankets covers all of our sift furniture was covered in black marks from the van. They damaged a chest of draws a side table a bedroom bedside table then refused to show their insurance be very careful if you use these companies. I will never use or recommend them to anyone. |

Tommy was great help. He was let down by his mate, who was helping with the job, so Tommy turned up by himself, but was happy to give a hand load the items and gave us a discount for the second man. The items travelled well in transit and load/unload so there was no damage. He was slightly delayed on the day (about 1 hour), but he communicated effectively and it was no problem. He also completed the job on Sunday, which not many people agree to. He was polite and friendly. Overall I’m happy with his service and I would use him again in future. |
