About Me
Dear customer, we are a fully registered and insured company and we are specialised on antiques and fragile goods. We cover England and France. Please read our T&C's below and we hope we will be able to help.
* Help with loading / unloading will be required at both ends with bulky or heavy items as our drivers are working on their own. If help with heavy or bulky items is not available, please do not accept our quote.
* Your goods will be covered in removal blankets and securely strapped in a van as standard. We also provide a professional packaging service as extra if required.
* We will give both parties at least one day notice regarding collection date and will provide three hour collection / delivery window at least one day in advance. We can also contact any party on a day to confirm more accurate time of arrival if required.
* Our turnaround might be up to 5-30 days during busy periods, however we will do our best to deliver the goods as soon as possible. Please contact us first before accepting our quote if our delay is too long or you require a specific date.
* We will accept cash on collection or delivery but for the payment online the outstanding balance must be cleared before the scheduled delivery day. You can pay by PayPal, Bank Transfer.
* Our office opening hours are 08:00 to 19:00 Monday to Saturday and we are always happy to help and answer any questions you might have during these hours.
* Our quote is based on dimensions and (or) weight provided where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust our quote accordingly or to cancel the job if item dimensions or weight are not as originally stated. We will contact you to discuss before making any adjustments or cancellations.
