We are used to picking up and delivering Large delicate Model Railways. We are insured to carry goods on behalf of other people to the value of 15K. All the goods that we carry are wrapped, either in bubble wrap or blankets and are secured within our van. Our staff are both flexible and friendly and will try to assist you every step of the way with your delivery. The more information that we have the less chance of something going wrong. We will always phone to give approx times and we will phone when we are an hour away from either pick-up or delivery, this is to try and stop the "I've been waiting all day for a delivery" which we have all experienced. I hope that you trust us with your goods and I can assure you that we will do our best to accomodate you. Kind Regards Rob

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

We have had an awful experience with this delivery - not only did it arrive at 9pm (rather than the 3pm originally discussed - not so much of a problem as they had called every hour or so saying that they would be another two hours but not great) but the sofas arrived absolutely filthy and with one of the feet ripped out of its socket. They were just flung into a dirty van and had been damaged badly. |
