We are a small company, founded in 2018, with a young and dynamic team. We would like to offer our relocation services to customers across Europe. Our company is insured both during loading and during transport. We want to offer the best services at affordable prices to all our clients. Terms and Conditions: 1.Books to be shipped must be as accurate as possible, otherwise additional charges will be charged. 2. Please specify the loading floor and the delivery stage. 3. Please always specify if there are parking spaces in front of buildings both during loading and delivery. 4.In case of online payments, the payment will be made at least 3 days before the carriage, and for cash payments half to the load and half to the unloading. 5. Payments are not accepted through bank guarantees, bank loans or other payment methods. 6.Electronic articles are not tested either during loading or delivery. We do not take the risk of internal defects in shipments. 7. For a good collaboration, please specify as much as possible the value, status and conditions of the items to be transported by our company. 8. Always specify the addresses, names and telephone numbers for shipments and deliveries. 9.In case of modification of the loading or delivery terms, 10% will be charged if they have not been changed by mutual agreement. 10. If the cargo exceeds the set volume, they will be charged € 80 per cubic meter. Fastest pickup from 2 different locations and delivery to me. For a driver, I was also surprised at the very prompt communication until I noticed he has a partner. Very reliable and i'm very impressed. I would highly recommend!! |

Fahrer schlecht zum Tragen ausgebildet. Ein Fenster ging kaputt. Sie waren mit dem Sofa überfordert. Dummerweise hatte ich vorher schon den Lieferschein unterschrieben. Mir wurde die Schuld zugeschoben. Lasst lieber von Denen nichts schweres Euch in die Wohnung tragen! Kommunikation gestaltet sich auch als schwierig. |

Unfassbar. Ein so unprofessionelles und unzuverlässiges Unternehmen ist mir überhaupt noch nie begegnet. Wir haben x-fach telefoniert, ständig hieß es, man sei auf dem Weg - mit großem Versprechen hieß es, man sei heute um 12 Uhr hier - ist es aber nicht gewesen. Ich bin vom Vertrag zurückgetreten, da ich mir nicht leisten kann, auf einen Lieferanten so lange zu warten. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. |
