BASIC T&Cs

• Payment is required STRICTLY on or before collection.

• A contact number MUST be given for the recipient.

• An adult (18+) must be available to sign for the consignment on delivery.

• In the event that nobody is available, the sender will have 30 minutes to make alternative arrangement, otherwise the consignment will be returned to sender. The sender may at their own expense organise a handover to a local courier for delivery at a later date but this must be done within the 30min timeframe. Further waiting time will be charged at £5 per 30mins or part thereof and must be paid via paypal before the waiting time commences.
