About Me
We are a small husband and wife team working to provide fast and effective courier and freight forwarding solutions for you.
We take pride in each and every delivery. So you can be sure of receiving excellent service every time.
We use larger courier companies with tracking facilities so we can be sure your package has arrived safely. For larger items we either use our own fleet of vans or other transport companies with whom we have a long relationship with. You can be sure we will pick the best transport solution for your package or consignment.
Many deliveries within Mainland UK are next working day, but our bids will confirm the timescale so you can be sure of what our service is.
We also work in mainland Europe, but pickup / delivery times will be longer. We will keep you informed of the progress of your items on route.
Our payment terms are by bank transfer or paypal prior to collection of your items. I am sorry, but the drivers do not carry cash.
Please ensure your items are properly packaged and labels attached securely if we send them to you. If you are unable to print a label off please let us know prior to accepting our bid and we will do our best to arrange for an alternative method of transport.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
