I have a long relationship with UPS, having spent 18 years working for them and a growing relationship with DHL .
All Next Day and International shipments are fully tracked and POD with signature is available on request.
All Deliveries within Mainland UK are normally Next Working Day after pickup
All Sameday deliveries have a POD, and communication is kept with shipper, informing of collection and delivery
