we also recover cars and fully insured recovery service
we have been working through local rags and yellowpages for several years but our main job source is word of mouth, we are new to ANYVAN but have a very high reputation

Before accepting the quote I contacted them to make sure they can satisfy all our needs (which I stated in the job description). We exchanged a few emails and then I accepted their quote and since then I lost contact with them (for over one day) and the move was scheduled within 2-3 days. I emailed, called and texted them to let them know that I accepted their quote and to confirm all the details. I couldn't reach them so I contacted AnyVan and explained the situation. Shortly after, I was emailed by 'pickford' with an alternative phone number, but he changed the collection time for later (for the second time already), so I called to tell him that the later time was unsuitable. After I said that he just hung up on me and when I called again he rejected my calls. It was Friday already and the move was planned for Saturday. So I started calling other removal companies and I found one that had a van still available, so I booked them. When I finally reached pickford's number to tell them that I wanted to cancel, he was actually quite happy and told me that he had a few other deliveries booked for Saturday anyway, so it was fine with him. What an unprofessional company! |
