We are a Professional Removals Company. We do removals of all sorts throughout the UK. We do house moves, office moves, piano moves, antique furniture, bikes, the list goes on...
We are an accredited transport provider and gold certified mover on AnyVan.
We are open from 8.30am – 8pm, 7days a week for any inquiries that our customers may have.
We are insured in case of any damage to our customers’ belongings.
• Goods in Transit Insurance policy that covers up to £50,000.
• Public Liability Insurance policy that covers up to £5 Million.
• Documents are available on request.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. If you have more items than stated on your listing this may incur extra charges.
2. If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address this will result in extra charges of £40 per hour.
3. If floor level is not stated, we presume it is ground floor. If in any case we have to go up some stairs and this was not stated beforehand this will incur extra charges. This is £10 per flight of stairs.
4. If a job is cancelled at short notice (within 48 hours of arranged time) a 50-100% cancellation fee will be incurred.
5. It is your responsibility to check that any item you have purchased will fit into your home or place of work, as there will be a charge for dismantling and assembling items.
6. We ask all our customers to make parking arrangements if possible for our vans. If the distance from where the van is to your door is more than 25metres then we will have to renegotiate the price for the job.
7. All damages must be reported on delivery or within 24 hours, otherwise insurers will not accept the claim.
8. We reserve the right to ask for payment upfront. Bank transfers need to clear before delivery.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
